Responsibilities Supervise the activities of the production staff in the manufacturing area. Plan and coordinate daily operations to meet strict production schedules. Ensure product standards are met and maintained consistently. Manage operational costs effectively to align with financial goals. Prepare detailed production, personnel, and financial reports. Establish and implement operating policies and procedures to achieve production objectives. Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team. Excellent planning and coordination abilities to successfully implement daily operations. Outstanding analytical skills to prepare comprehensive reports. Solid understanding of production schedules, product standards, and operational costs.
