Deliver features on time with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer value . Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 4+ years of software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, Golang, or Java with Spring Boot , building scalable cloud applications, backend services, and REST APIs . Strong React.js UI development experience, building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. Experience with containerization, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments . Experience in system design, code quality, and mentoring/guiding engineers on engineering best practices. Exposure to LLMs and AI-assisted development , with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, customer-focused software .
