5–8 years of professional full-stack engineering experience Strong proficiency in Angular (TypeScript) for frontend development Strong proficiency in Python or Java/Spring Boot for backend services Proven track record in designing and delivering production APIs and services at scale Strong command of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL stores (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB); ability to evaluate and justify data store selection for a given problem Proven background in working with caching strategies and tools (e.g., Redis, Memcached); understands cache invalidation, eviction policies, and consistency trade-offs Strong QA practices — writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests; able to define testing strategy for a feature or service, not just write individual tests Practical experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Solid understanding of agile/scrum methodologies; able to independently drive project delivery from requirements through production with minimal mentorship Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering and non-engineering customers Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies — working with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or GenAI-powered application development Practical experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex) and building AI extensions — custom skills, agents, and MCP servers Nice to have
