Manages and tracks operational and headcount budgets. CPU ENG OPS Manager India - RnR Headcount and hiring management – General hiring POC – including new reqs, backfill, attrition, working with local TA’s, attending CPU bi-weekly hiring meetings Interns, Interns RO, New Grads CWF’s Reports Departments/Cost center - assignment and changes Project scoping – Manage NRE for Vendor ARM projects. Final approval from US team POC for NRE queries, follow up with India leads Anticipate projects that will need CPU NRE inputs by looking ahead at program reviews Attend NRE meetings in India time Follow up with TPM, PgM on incremental spec updates and understand potential impact to NRE Provide NRE comparisons with similar or hierarchical projects and explain the differences Provide robust justifications (after consultation with leads) for all functions for their NRE needs.
