We are seeking a skilled and driven Electric Propulsion Motor Architect to join our expanding team and contribute to the success of our eVTOL program.
Role Objective: Support ongoing flight test planning, execution, and operational activities for Sarla's eVTOL program.
The role focuses on assisting in safe test execution, aircraft preparation, and piloting support, while developing a strong foundation in flight test processes, safety practices, and system-level operations.
Responsibilities
Flight Test Execution Support Assist in preparing, coordinating, and executing ground and flight test activities Support pre-flight and post-flight activities, including checklist execution under supervision.
Act as a ground safety observer and test spotter during hover and tethered flight campaigns.
Operate aircraft during test activities under supervision where required.
