Build, assemble and test mechanical parts, linkages, and structures for STEM kits and lab products. Participate in AeroBay school lab installations. Support mechanical maintenance during school events, workshops, exhibitions, etc. Maintain design and checklist documents for internal processes. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, safety and storage of mechanical parts. Run quality checks before shipment or deployment. Requirements Minimum qualification – diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Design studies is mandatory. Fresher to 1 year relevant experience. Basic understanding of mechanical systems, linkages, gears, fixtures, rotating mechanisms, and structural parts. Ability to interpret basic 2D/3D diagrams and assembly instructions. Comfortable using cutting and drilling tools, various other equipment. Exposure to 3D printing, CNC, laser cutting, basic understanding of CAD is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment.
