ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and developer platforms. You will play a key role in enabling engineering teams to ship faster, more reliably, and with greater autonomy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure - Build internal platforms, tools, and frameworks to improve developer productivity - Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Improve system reliability, observability, and performance - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to streamline deployment pipelines - Own CI/CD systems and ensure smooth release processes - Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions - Drive best practices in DevOps, cloud architecture, and platform engineering REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - 3–7 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or backend infrastructure - Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.) - Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation - Strong scripting or programming skills (Python, Go, or similar) - Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.) - Good understanding of system design, networking, and security principles GOOD TO HAVE - Experience building internal developer platforms - Exposure to microservices architecture - Knowledge of distributed systems - Experience in high-growth startup environments
