This is a hands‑on technical leadership role suited for engineers who enjoy solving complex architectural problems while remaining close to the code. You will play a key role in shaping cloud architecture, driving engineering best practices, and delivering highly reliable, scalable, and secure systems used across global teams and customers. Key Responsibilities Cloud Architecture & System Design Architect and evolve cloud‑native and hybrid solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost‑effective. Translate complex business and technical requirements into robust cloud architectures. Define architecture, reference designs, and best practices across the team. Review and guide designs related to microservices, APIs, messaging platforms, and data stores. Full Stack Software Development Architect, design, and build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Python. Develop frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks. Build well‑structured APIs (REST / GraphQL) and reusable service components. Ensure code quality, test coverage, documentation, and production readiness. DevOps & Infrastructure Partner on CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment. Drive cloud cost optimization, performance tuning, and security best practices. Technical Leadership Act as a technical mentor and guide for junior engineers. Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams. Contribute to long‑term technology strategy and platform modernization initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8-12 years of experience in software engineering with significant exposure to cloud‑based systems. Strong hands‑on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proven experience building and running distributed, production‑scale systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and drive projects execution. Solid full‑stack background: Backend development (Java, Python) Frontend development (React, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks) SQL / NoSQL databases, including databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis. Deal with designing systems which can process, transform, and analyze data at scale Strong understanding of: Microservices architectures Cloud security, IAM, networking Observability platforms such as Grafana / Prometheus or Datadog. Kubernetes and container‑based platforms Cloud services such as EC2, EKS, API Gateway, RDS, S3, SQS, IAM, VPC, and Secrets Manager. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to streaming platforms, or data/analytics pipelines. Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, as well as Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
