Bachelor’s degree in Business Process Management, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in process transformation and optimization within ERP environments. - Strong understanding of procurement workflows and SAP S/4 Hana capabilities. - Familiarity with ECC legacy systems and transition planning. - Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification. - Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Figma). - Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. - Data fluency and ability to interpret process performance metrics. - Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
