OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. • 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques. Role Overview The individual will work in the customer engineering team to support OEMs on power and thermal issues. The role involves supporting OEMs in optimizing power for their critical use cases while ensuring thermal criteria are met. Responsibilities Support OEMs in addressing power and thermal‑related issues. Assist OEMs in optimizing power consumption for critical use cases while meeting thermal requirements. Qualifications / Skill Set Requirements C language programming experience Embedded systems experience Linux/BSP skills, including clocks and DCVS Knowledge of power optimization techniques and LPM modes Understanding of HW/SW architecture of CPU/GPU and SoC Applicants : Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
