Financial & Operational Excellence Drive margin improvements through optimized staffing and project planning. Identify upsell and follow‑on engagement opportunities in partnership with PSS and Account Teams. Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with Consultants for delivery updates, risks, and project changes. Partner closely with CSM and TAM teams to align on customer success outcomes. Collaborate with Delivery Leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality execution aligned with Adobe Consulting best practices. [Portfolio Manager | SharePoint] Required Qualifications Experience Typically 10+ years of experience in Program/Portfolio/Project Management roles. Demonstrated experience managing multi‑million‑dollar digital transformation programs. Background in Adobe Experience Cloud–based engagements strongly preferred. Technical Skills Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products and delivery methodologies. Understanding of resourcing models (onshore/offshore), backlog management, and delivery KPIs. Strong analytical capability to interpret metrics and drive data‑informed decisions. Leadership & Interpersonal Skills Ability to influence multiple cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
