DFT Design Engineer, HIG HBM IPDEV DESIGN

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Interpret product specifications and design circuits to meet required functionality. Design and develop custom digital DFT circuits such as mBist , Fuse Logic, Test Mode Logic , synchronous design, clock tree, and critical internal analog and digital voltage readouts. Test mode definition , develop control test bits and fuse broadcast of the Interface die. Define testability features (DFT) of memory for faster validation flow with high coverage. Cover testability features of Analog and Digital blocks. Implement necessary circuit design to meet DFT features. Pair with high-speed interface PHY and Analog designers to ensure smooth interface between the DFT circuits and other Interface die circuits. Work closely with Product Engineering to understand testing needs and translate them into circuit design solutions. Participate in new circuit conception and design as needed. Perform circuit simulations using standard industry simulators such as FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG. Responsible for reliability sims. Assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions. Provides advice and counsel to senior management on significant technical issues. About Micron Technology, Inc.
